Masters Program |

Once swimmers have passed star three, they can enter into the competitive stream. A competitive team is the next step up and is designed for swimmers who want to build their basic skills, invent routines and compete. Athletes need to be 7 years of age in order to participate on a team.
The competitive stream is designed around tier levels. Athletes are grouped in tiers according to their skill and star levels. After tier 5, athletes are invited to join the Elite Tier 6/7 program. |
Our recreational programs provide fun, fitness, and encouragement for swimmers who are at least four years old. Swimmers participating in our recreation stream will learn skills from Synchro Canada's Star Program. Once swimmers have passed star 3, they can enter into our competitive programs. |
Synchro for Fun is a great place to start learning synchronized swimming skills. A step up from our Aqua Giggles program, Synchro for Fun offers more creative development while swimmers continue to complete levels in Synchro Canada's Star Program. |
A unique and exciting program for the young synchro enthusiast. This program combines dance with basic swimming and synchro skills. |
This program is tailored to teen swimmers who are interested in learning synchro or continuing on at the recreational level. |

PSSV partners with Saanich Commonwealth Place to provide a weekly masters synchronized swimming program. Sessions usually run from October to December, January to March, and April to June. For swimmers aged 18 and older, this program is geared to older teens and adults. Masters swimmers can be complete beginners with no previous experience in synchro, or they can be ex-recreational or competitive synchronized swimmers who want to keep swimming. The program is designed to give an excellent aquatic workout, develop their synchro skills, and prepare routines for those who want to attend masters competitions. |
