Synchronized swimming is a sport of strength, flexibility, and creativity. It's demanding but fun. In the water, synchronized swimmers achieve the aquatic endurance of speed swimming, the precision and power of gymnastics, and the artistry of dance.

Our club is a regional training centre for recreational, competitive, and elite athletes. We have training facilities in Victoria, Ladysmith, and Duncan, B.C. Swimmers from PSSV compete provincially and nationally at tier levels 1 to 7. We also have an enthusiastic group of recreational swimmers; and we partner with local pools to offer masters sessions for swimmers over 18.

Who can join?

PacificSport Synchro has swimmers ranging from age 4 to adult.  Most new athletes start in the Aqua Giggles, Synchro for Fun, Olympic Dreams, or Synchro for Teens recreational programs and then advance to our competitive programs.

Do I have to be a really great swimmer?

Our coaches both introduce and continue to teach swimming skills in our Aqua Giggles Program.  For all other programs we suggest that swimmers should have passed Red Cross Level 5, are able to swim at least 25 meters and feel comfortable in deep water.
